Product Overview
Our resin-insulated dry-type transformers are the result of our company’s
independent development of the SC14 and SCB14 series, as well as the SC18
and SCB18 series of fill-type thin-insulation dry-type transformers, utilising
advanced foreign technology. As the windings are encapsulated in epoxy resin,
they are flame-retardant, fire-resistant, explosion-proof, maintenance-free,
pollution-free and compact in size, allowing for direct installation at the load
centre. Furthermore, scientific and rational design and casting processes ensure
lower partial discharge levels, low noise and strong heat dissipation capabilities.
Under forced air cooling conditions, the transformers can operate continuously
at 125% of rated load. They are equipped with intelligent temperature
controllers featuring fault alarms, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip
and black box functions. They connect to a computer via an RS485 serial
interface, enabling centralised monitoring and control.
Owing to the aforementioned characteristics of our dry-type transformers, they
are widely used in power transmission and distribution systems, including
critical locations such as hotels, airports, high-rise buildings, commercial
centres and residential estates, as well as in harsh environments such as
underground railways, smelting plants, power stations, ships and offshore
drilling platforms.
