\nOur resin-insulated dry-type transformers are the result of our company\u2019s
\nindependent development of the SC14 and SCB14 series, as well as the SC18
\nand SCB18 series of fill-type thin-insulation dry-type transformers, utilising
\nadvanced foreign technology. As the windings are encapsulated in epoxy resin,
\nthey are flame-retardant, fire-resistant, explosion-proof, maintenance-free,
\npollution-free and compact in size, allowing for direct installation at the load
\ncentre. Furthermore, scientific and rational design and casting processes ensure
\nlower partial discharge levels, low noise and strong heat dissipation capabilities.
\nUnder forced air cooling conditions, the transformers can operate continuously
\nat 125% of rated load. They are equipped with intelligent temperature
\ncontrollers featuring fault alarms, over-temperature alarm, over-temperature trip
\nand black box functions. They connect to a computer via an RS485 serial
\ninterface, enabling centralised monitoring and control.
\nOwing to the aforementioned characteristics of our dry-type transformers, they
\nare widely used in power transmission and distribution systems, including
\ncritical locations such as hotels, airports, high-rise buildings, commercial
\ncentres and residential estates, as well as in harsh environments such as
\nunderground railways, smelting plants, power stations, ships and offshore
\ndrilling platforms.<\/p>\n
