This substation comprises a high-voltage compartment, a transformer compartment and a low-voltage compartment, and can be configured in
a ‘mu’ or ‘pin’ layout;
It supports terminal, ring-main or dual-power supply configurations;
It can be configured with either a single or dual transformer power supply scheme;
A choice is available between oil-immersed power transformers and dry-type power transformers;
The enclosure is fitted with sufficient natural ventilation openings and thermal insulation measures to ensure the normal operation of all
electrical equipment (forced cooling may be adopted upon customer request);
It is equipped with comprehensive ‘five-prevention’ functions, is convenient to operate and maintain, and offers safe and reliable operation;
The enclosure is constructed from stainless steel, aluminium alloy, cold-rolled steel, colour-coated composite panels, non-metallic materials,
or a combination thereof, offering resistance to ageing, flame retardancy, corrosion, water and dust, and is suitable for long-term outdoor use;
Compact in size, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing, blending harmoniously with the surroundings;
When SF6 load break switchgear is selected, the overall dimensions of the prefabricated substation are compact, making it particularly suitable
for residential estate development and street lighting retrofit projects.
High-voltage ring main units can be fitted with network automation terminals (RTUs) to enable reliable detection of short-circuit and single
phase earth faults, and are equipped with ‘four remote’ functions, facilitating upgrades to distribution network automation;
This product complies with the GB17467-2010 standard ‘High-voltage/Low-voltage Prefabricated Substations’.
